How to get there
ARRIVAL After 4pm please.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH.
M6 to junction 36 signed A590(91) Kendal/Windemere Western Lake District.
Continue along A591 towards Kendal.Exit at third junction signed Kendal North / A6 Penrith.This takes you through Kendal keep left in one way System
Following signs for Penrith/Shap A6.Continue along A6 just out of town you will pass a Porsche Garage stay on road past Kendal Rugby Club on your right.Continue on A6 for approximately 4 miles.
Once you have passed a sign for Selside,in approximately 1/2 mile you will see a cream building on your right with grey gravel frontage (memorial hall looks like a bungalow)
Continue for a further 500 meters and on your left you will see a sign for
Low Jock Scar Cottages on your left.Turn left here and take 1st right down long pathway to the cottages.
SAT NAV WARNING DONT USE IT.
IF YOU USE SAT NAV IT WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH BURNSIDE ALONG COUNTRY LANES AND OUT OF YOUR WAY. ONCE YOU GET THROUH KENDAL SET YOUR SAT NAV TO LA8 9LE.
FROM THE NORTH
M6 Junction 39 Shap turn off
Turn left at the T Junction towards A6 KENDAL stay on A6 for approximately
9 mile.
You will see Kendal Caravans 2 miles before you turn off.
We are the second turning on the right after the little yellow cottage.
Follow signs for Low Jock Scar Cottages ( sign post on your right)
