Fabulous festive pre-Christmas stay at Low Jock Scar. We stayed in Riverside cottage which was very spacious and great for celebrating with friends. The hot tub was a great hit as was the log burner. The cottage was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated all the twinkly lights and illuminated rein deer outside. Kerith and Daryl were great hosts recommending nearby walks and places to visit. Would highly recommend. Mark

We celebrated a week with relatives in this perfect place. We were 18 persons. We used all houses and there was enough space for all of us. The couple that runs the place were fantastic and really flexible and helpful with all our questions and special requests. The garden is a dream, and even though it was heavy rain the place gave a nice feeling anyways with a big garden to stay in and 2 jacuzzis! It was well equipped and nice and tidy. Hope to come again..

This is our second stay at the estate and again we were not disappointed. The estate is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the cottages were again immaculate. The hosts are kind and cannot do enough for you. They remembered it was our wedding anniversary and in our cottage we were greeted with a hamper with high quality wines, cakes, biscuits, chocolates and coffee. This place is a gem and we would not stay anywhere else when visiting the Lakes, you will not find a place that compares.

Fabulous accommodation set in stunning gardens.

Booked all 4 cottages for our daughters 50th. 18 of us from ages 24 to 74 and all agreed we could not have found a better place to celebrate. The cottages are beautifully furnished, superbly equipped and the grounds beautifully kept. Book it and I guarantee you will be as pleased as we all were

Perfect Pre-Christmas family get away

We really enjoyed our stay at low jock scar. Our family stayed in Riverside Cottage the property is well equipped clean and cosy the hosts Kerith and Daryl were on hand to assist us and made us feel welcome we hope to return again in summer!
