The spacious lounge with log burner is centrally located and opens into the large dining conservatory providing access to the stunning rear garden. The snug, also with log burner, provides a cosy space in the heart of the house leading to the gallery dining kitchen and opening into the lounge and conservatory. The layout and flow of the cottage provides excellent space for entertaining. There is a down stairs WC, cloak and utility room. Riverside has a private hot tub that seats 7 which is hidden behind a dry stone wall and overlooking the beck.

Patio doors from the conservatory and gallery dining area open onto the lawned rear garden leading to the private hot tub for Riverside guests. There is a picnic table and table and chairs.
The extensive grounds, for all Low Jock Scar guest to explore contain private woodland, stone steps leading down to the beck, large decking area on the river bank with seating and dining tables and BBQ. There is also seating and picnic tables around the grounds.
There is ample parking outside the cottage and cycle storage on request.
